Went in earlier in the day to have lunch. The food was great and the gentleman who took care of us was friendly and really on top of things. I got a burger because I usually judge a place based on how they handle a burger and it was one of the best I've had in awhile. Wasn't anywhere near over cooked and it was seasoned just right! My wife had a wrap and that was great as well. So as far as going in for lunch 5/5 will be going back again and would highly recommend

It was a Sunday road trip and we stopped in Wadena and found a nice local bar and grill with excellent steaks. We were both extremely satisfied with our steaks well seasoned and cooked. The portions generous and just best steaks either of us ordered in a long time. I had a ten ounce ribeye and just delicious. I also had a loaded baked potato and a salad with blue cheese dressing. The service was fast and restaurant very clean. There's a bar and the dining area has lots of windows and nice views of the town. It was a very local cozy type place and not overly expensive.

Gypsy had a Ruben with wild rice soup. I had a baccon cheese burger with tots and wild rice soup. The food was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The establishment was very neat and clean. We recommend stopping by when you are in the area. We will definitely return when we get back to this area.

Brisket was very tender, juicy, needs little more seasoning. The bun needs something took away from the brisket. Ended up taking bun off. Drinks were ok. Nothing impressive. I suggest a drink menu that the bartenders know. Many bars I go to no one knows how to make drinks, this would help.

After a hike at Black's Grove Park, my fiancé and I were craving Totchos (nachos made with tater tots). It wasn't on the menu, but they obliged since they had nachos and tater tots. It was incredibly delicious!!! It is a great small town restaurant and bar. Burger review Kraut burger Bun: 3/5 A brioche that was toasted well, but deflates as you eat making it thin. Toppings: 3/5 sauerkraut, thousand island, Swiss Burger: 4/5 A great flame charred burger which really enhances the flavor. Cooked and seasoned well Overall: 3/5 A good burger

Delicious food, simple bar with great service. It wasn't busy because the Vikings played early, but big tvs probably bring sizable crowds for football games.
